Data that has been deidentified or that otherwise cannot reasonably be related back to a specific person is not considered personal information. The precise definition of personal information may vary depending on your province or territory of residence, but we take the same approach to protecting your privacy.

    Information You Provide To Us. We may ask you to provide us with certain categories of information such as:

    • Demographic information, such as gender, age, zip/postal code, or similar information to analyze the use of and improve our Websites, and provide you advertising tailored to your interests;
    • Registration information, such as user name, password, and account number in the event that you are a registered user of the Websites (including the payment centre), which we use to create and maintain your account, provide you with requested services and identify you as a registered user of our Websites;

    • Communications preferences, such as which newsletters you would like to receive, which we use to send you information and marketing related to the services we provide you;
    • In limited circumstances, payment and identity verification information, such as credit card number and other payment card information and national or other governmental identifiers, which we use only as necessary for completing a particular transaction (e.g., to enable you to pay for advertising services via the Websites) or as otherwise required by law, provided that we do not process, record, or maintain your payment card information, as payment information is processed by a third party payment processor;
    • Information provided when using interactive online features, which we use to enable you to participate in such features that we provide through our Websites;
    • Correspondence you send to us, which we use to reply to inquiries we receive from you; and
